Deux nouveaux coups de coeur Mile End! Le Comptoir 21 et Ta-Chido

C’est pas souvent qu’on trouve des spots auxquels nous voulons retourner à maintes reprises… mais parfois nous sommes chanceux et trouvons DEUX coup de coeurs en une semaine! Ça doit être ça, habiter dans le Mile End ;)

Ta-chido // esta chido!! I’m about to make a bold statement here, but I am willing to vouch that this is THE best sandwich in Montreal, at least by my tastes! – Tortas (a mexican-style hot sandwich with housemade bread) are their speciality here. To be honest, when I walked into the place with my significant other, I was kind of bummed that they didn’t serve burritos, and decided to settle on an avocado, cheese, onion, and tomato torta. What a revelation! Thank you Ta-Chido for not serving burritos!

Comptoir 21 // You’re the only fish in the sea for me – Anyone who knows me knows that I am not much of a fish eater… or any kind of meat for that matter. But Comptoir 21 has proven me wrong many times. I’ve always opted for the Comptoir 21 fish burger, but I hear that pretty much everything on the menu would delight any fish lover!
