That time I fell in love with Savannah, Georgia.
I know, I know. I apologize, it has been an eternity since I’ve updated my blog. You know, life just gets so hectic and we tend to forget the important things :) But I am back today because I miss Savannah and I thought, well, let’s post about it and then I can vicariously live through my past self! I’m hoping to get to go back soon and explore even more than we did the first time. I just felt like Savannah had a lot of hidden secrets…
Also, one of the reporters at work came up to me the other day and said “hey, thanks so much for that travel feature you wrote and shot last year, I had never even heard of Savannah until I read your piece and decided to go!” So I thought, heck, I should probably post some photos up on the blog, maybe I’ll inspire someone else to go visit this magnificent town.

Great places to eat – and there are so, so many so by all means this is not an exhaustive list of yummy digs:
THE GREY –
SANDFLY BBQ – don’t even think about the amount of calories you are engulfing… because this place is food heaven.
COLLINS QUARTER – a little ashamed to say in a city with so many food options, we just had to eat here twice. We couldn’t help ourselves!

We stayed at the Brice hotel and basically never wanted to leave. That courtyard, those twinkle lights… definitely my kind of place.

There is just so much to see in Savannah even though it is a relatively small city. It is a city that beckons you to get lost in it and roam the streets almost in an old-world fantasy. You can just feel the history of this place as your feet brush the seashell encrusted streets (called Tabby concrete).
Oh and those squares, trees and parks…

Hi, I’m back with a new post! And I’m bringing you to Denmark for it
I really enjoy blogging my photos but sometimes life just gets too hectic and it seems like you don’t have time to even brush your teeth. This is why my last post was all the way back in March, which was… almost 6 months ago! How embarrassing! But also along with the “hectic life” thought, another unoriginal thought: time really does go by way too fast. I can barely keep up! I have a bunch of photos to post, but I’ll start with Denmark, a trip that I made back at the beginning of March with my best friend and brother – to Stockholm, Sweden (which I’ll post another day) and also to Copenhagen, a place that I consider my adoptive “second home”, filled with nice, warm, “hygge” memories. So here goes!
